Sales & Marketing Executive Required

Responsibilities:

• Attending customer inquiries and handling correspondence. Resolves product or service problems by clarifying the customer’s complaint; determining the cause of the problem; selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem; expediting correction or adjustment; following up to ensure resolution.
• Proactively conduct strategic reviews with all assigned customers on regular basis to review service needs and usage trends. Identify products and pricing that meet customer needs and business objective.
• Closely observe actual costs and forecast overhead rates for pricing of the product.
• Prepare daily sales and estimated cost sheet.
• Maintaining and overseeing the inventory level.
